Photo Analysis
Feelings/mood: I wanted the mood for these photos to be very comfortable and homey.
Subject placement: I used the rule of thirds to place my model.
Multilayered: The photos aren't that multilayered, other than the fact that the baker isn't just baking for the sake of baking, she's obviously enjoying it.
Depth of field: I didn't use much depth of field.
Light: I used artificial light for these photos.
Improvement: The middle photo came out a little blurry so it would be nice to have a clearer one.

Portrait Analysis
- What is the first thing you notice about the subject/s of the portrait? What components of the portrait do you see that makes you say that? The first thing that I notice is that the subjects look unhappy. Their facial expressions is what makes me say that.
- What does the facial expression tell you about the subject/s? Again, they look like they're unhappy. This could mean that they don't like their current circumstance/where they are.
- What does the subject/s attire, expressions, gestures, the setting, and props tell you about the subject or the overall scene? The attire of the subjects is dirty, their expressions are sad, and the setting is a run-down trailer park. This tells me that the subjects are probably living in poverty.
- What do you think the subject does for a living or how might the individual spend his/her spare time? I think the subjects might spend their spare time working and playing in the trailer park.
- What would you ask the person if you had the opportunity? I think I would want to ask them why they look so sad. I would also ask the kid on the left why they are wearing that mask.
- What do you think the sitter wanted the portrait to communicate? What components of the portrait do you see that makes you say that? I think the portrait was meant to communicate what childhood is like for kids whose families are not financially well-off.
- What would you like to ask the photographer? I'd like to ask the photographer where in the world this is taking place, and what time period it is.
